1/2-1lbs of medium sized shrimp
1 cup white rice
1 green pepper
1 orange pepper
1 or 2 handfuls of thinly sliced baby carrots
2 table spoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup of diced and drained pimentos
1 cup of broccoli
1/4 chicken broth or stock (your choice)
Olive oil
1/2 lemon
Chicken flavoring cubes or powder
1/2 tablespoon of crushed red pepper
Franks sweet and spicy chili sauce
Directions:
Prep:
Cut peppers into medium strips
Cut broccoli
Slice carrots
Drain pimentos
Clean shrimp
Boil water
Warm up a large sauce pan on medium heat with enough olive oil so nothing sticks
Marinade shrimp in sweet and spicy chili sauce

Cooking:

When water boils add rice when half way done add chicken flavoring cube

When sauce pan Is hot add garlic, pimentos, and veggies, and about half way add chicken stock and cook veggies till satisfied

In a small or medium sauce pan turn on medium heat add a little oil and when hot add 6 shrimp and cook for about a minute on each side

When all shrimp are cooked add a little extra sweet and spicy chili sauce in the hot pan and heat up and pour in a small bowl and set aside

Build your plate:
Put down rice
Then veggies
Then shrimp
Extra sauce if wanted
