Chicken & Rice Bake

Equipment:
13 x 9 x 2 in baking dish
Ingredients:
1 26oz can Cream of Mushroom
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4-6 boneless chicken breast, thawed (keep the juice)
Small can of sliced (or diced) mushrooms
Instructions:
Stir cream of mushroom, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Place chicken into mushroom mix, spreading mix thinly over chicken
Season with additional paprika and black pepper
Cover baking dish with foil
Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes
Uncover, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender
Let stand for 10 minutes
