5 to 6 red chilies
2 tablespoons lime juices
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 to 3 pound steak

1. rehydrate the red chilies which take about 30 minutes and purée

2. Wisk the chili purée lime juice and cumin together

3. Rub mixture on the meat and let marinate for at least two hours or overnight

4. Bring to room temperature grill over medium hot heat to desired doneness
