Focaccia
Flour 2kg
Yeast 10
Water 1 lt
Milk 100 gr
Oil 200 gr
Salt 40 gr
Sugar 20 gr
Mix all the ingredients and let prove for 5/6 hours shape into a ball and let prove again for 2 hours more
Prepare a tray with oil and flat down your focaccia in top with your cherry tomatoes season with salt and pepper and bake for 10 min then add sliced red onions capers black olives anchovies dress with fresh origano and olive oil and bake again for 20/25 min until golden brown
