Two heads cauliflower
Two qts heavy cream
One qt milk
Two shallots, cut in half
Three cloves garlic, crushed
Curry powder
Turmeric
S&P (white)
Rough chop cauliflower, bring all ingredients to boil, simmer till fork tender, blend in blender, removing as much shallot as possible, using as little liquid as possible, till smooth
