Prep your pork cheeks fry them in oil season with salt and pepper and set aside
In the same pan add your vegetables (onion celery and carrots)and fry for 5/6 min add tomato paste and your favourite herbs( rosemary sage thyme bay leaves) add red wine and let reduce it add beef stock and the meat cover up and braise for 2 hours. Serve with polenta and garnish with herbs
