Marinate your veal with garlic thyme rosemary and a good olive oil for 30 min or longer then seared in a hot pan and finish in the oven until you reach 58 degrees inside let it rest
Slice it very thin and serve with tuna sauce made out of tuna capers lemon juice and mayo finish of with a caper and olives mix dried in the oven salsa verde and toasted bread
