2 oz cream cheese
5 slices bacon
2.5 oz chedder cheese
2.5 monterey jack cheese
Salt and pepper

Boil chopped up head for 9 minutes
Cube cheese
Mash cauliflower add cubed cheese and mash again
Add in remaining ingredients
