BBQ sauce 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce 3 cup
Honey 2TBS
100ml white wine
1 TBS Tabasco .

Cook off bacon prior and add to sauce.
Cook down on a low heat ,

Spoon into fresh oyster and cook in over till bacon starts to colour
