Curried Salmon w pickled salad
PORTIONS: 1
Rub salmon with coconut oil
Give it a good swipe of red curry paste
Bake at 350 for 7 minutes
Toss julienned Granny Smith apple, cucumber, and carrot in mixture of:
Apple cider vinegar
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Honey
Ground turmeric
Ground white pepper
