1 head cauliflower
EVOO spray
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450. Cut and wash cauliflower. Place onto a baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Spray with evoo spray and salt and pepper. Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes. Serve with BBQ sauce.
