Green chile cheeseburgers

2 (4oz) cans of diced green chiles
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pound ground beef
3 oz Monterey Jack in tiny cubes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
Buns
Lettuce and tomatoes
In small bowl combine chiles, honey, and lime juice set aside. In large bowl combine ground beef, Monterey Jack, garlic, cumin, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix into patties. Cook patties to medium rare about 4 minutes per side.
