Marinade
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dressing
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Glazed walnuts
1/2 cup walnut halves
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Marinade the shrimp with the egg and salt for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain the walnuts. In a small pan bring the water to a boil and add sugar stir until it thickens. Lower the heat to medium and add walnut halves. Keep stirring until the mixture turns golden brown in color (4-5 minutes) and dry the walnuts on paper towel. Dust shrimp with cornstarch and fry in wok. Mix together the dressing and toss with the shrimp.
