Panko chicken cutlets

Boneless chicken breasts
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs beaten with 1/3 cup water
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness and season with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour then in egg then coat with the panko. Fry in pan and finish in oven if necessary.
