1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Simmer over medium low heat and whisk often until it's reduced to one cup (approximately 10 minutes)
