peanut butter choc chip cookie
					PORTIONS: 16-20
				
				
				
					INGREDIENTS
 2/3 cups of rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup choc chip
DIRECTIONS
 preheat oven to 350°F
in SMALL bowl mix:
 oats and baking soda
in LARGE bowl add:
  peanut butter
  brown sugar
  eggs
  vanilla extract
*electric mixer can be used
mix in dry ingredients with wet
add choc chips
batter will be very sticky
 *prefer to use ice cream scooper when laying cookies on pan
2 inch doughballs
2 inches apart
gently flatten cookie with fingers
bake for about 9-11 mins
remove when edges begin to brown
* dont be fooled if the cookies look overdone, they are not
cookies will remain soft and will not harden
