Peel 35 lbs of potatoes
Cut up potatoes into cues
Boil potatoes in water for about an 30 mins
Drain and then put about 10 cups of milk in potatoes and about 4cups of sour cream salt and pepper to tastes put about 10 to 12 cups of cheddar cheese in potatoes blend it all together until smooth
