400g Armstrong Cheese
Mini Muffin Pan 24 Muffin

Cut Cheese in 1.5cm squares, then cut each square in half.

Put into 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.

Remove from oven, pot oil with tissue off the top of each cheese square. Remove from pan and put on napkin.
