Sheila's Meat Loaf Recipe
(From Mom April 1 2025)

Dana your meatloaf was good,just a bit thick but tasty.
I will give you Sheilas recipe that is also good but a little lighter:

1 lb hamburger
2beaten eggs
2/3 cupbmilk
2 slices crumbled bread
1onion chopped small
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated cheese
1tbsp worchestire sauce
Salt and pepper

Mix well and put into loaf pan

Topping
1/4 cupBrown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1tsp mustard

Bake @ 350 until done and let stand 10 min
