Mom’s Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Beans (Navy)
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/3 Cup Molasses
- 1 Cup Catsup
- Some Cubes Bacon Fat
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- Enough Water to cove Beans while they bake.
Directions
Soak 1 pkg. beans(navy) overnight then boil them until soft(about an hour) then drain them.
Add to bean crock the fllowing:
Beans,3 tbsp brown sugar,2 tsp dry mustard,
1/3 cup molasses,1cup catsup, cubes of bacon fat,1/4 tsp. Baking Soda,and enough water to cover the beans.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours, take lid off last 15 minutes.
