3 Large washed potatoes
500mL thickened cream
200g Bacon bits
1 Tbsp Crushed garlic
1/2 Block tasty cheese

Slice potatoes very thinly
Mix crushed garlic with cream
Layer potatoes first, then followed by garlic cream, bacon and cheese
Repeat layering until all potatoes are used
Top with plenty of cheese
