Ingredients:
Fresh/frozen saury fish (1)
Soya sauce (Japanese preferred)
Slice of lime/lemon
Rice
Egg (1)
Spring onion
Broccoli

Steps:
0. Defrost the fish if frozen.

1. Gut the fish. Insert sharp knife from anus, cut towards the head.

2. Fully clean the fish

3. Cut the fish in half diagonally

4. Marinate fish with sake/any alcohol preferred for 10mins

5. Cut broccoli and spring onion into small chunks while waiting

6. Whisk the egg

7. After almost done cooking the rice, put broccoli into it

8. Put salt on the fish throughly

9. Fry the fish with oil and medium low heat until skin is crispy

10. Fry the egg with spring onion

11. Serve the fish with soy sauce and some lime/lemon juice
