Chicken noodle soup

In a large pot...
Small uncooked chicken (skin off)
Celery (4 stalks)
Carrots (washed)
Onion (cut in quarters)
Garlic (1 clove)
Peppercorns (whole)
Salt (1tbps)
Rosemary, sage, Tyme (1tbps)
Bring all ingredients in water to a boil
Reduce heat to simmer for 1-1.5hrs
Strain stock out of mixture
Trow out vegetables, shred chicken to desired size
Return chicken to simmering stock, and add fresh cut vegetables
Celery (3 stalks chopped)
Carrot (peeled, chopped)
Broad egg noodles (added after vegetables cook again, 1/4 bag)
Simmer for additional 15 minutes
