Cabbage and Beef Soup

1 pound ground beef 1:
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 Large can diced tomatoes(with liquid)
1 8 ounces of water
1/2 medium head of cabbage (diced)
4 beef bouillon cubes

In a large pan brown beef, and drain. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered 1 hour.
