Mashed potatoes

Med size russet potato for each person (peeled)
Chop into cubes, boil in salt water until falling apart
Drain
Mash potatoes and add:
Butter (1/2 stick)
Milk (1/2-2/3 cup)
S&P (taste)
Nutmeg (shakes)
Mash by hand first, use beater to whip
