Smashed potatoes

5-6 Thin skinned yellow or red potato
Cut in 1 in cubes, cooking in water with salt until falling apart (~10 min depending)
Drain from water
Add:
Butter (1/2 stick)
Milk (1/2 cup)
S&P (taste)
Nutmeg (few shakes)
Mash using potato masher until soft and emulsified
