Broiled:
Line pan with foil paper brushed with oil
Place fish on pan (season with old bay (or other spice))
Close foil like package
Cook high for 4-5 min (depending on cut)
Grill:
heat and reduce flame to med
Same process with foil (on wire screen instead of pan)
Cedar planks: (planks soaked in water for several hours)
Place seasoned fish on prepped plank & place on grill for several minutes (5-6 min)
