Crushed tomatoes (28oz can)
Basil (1 tsp)
Oregano (1tsp)
Garlic (1/2 tsp)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Red Wine (1/4 cup)
*small bay leaf
Salt & pep to taste
Sugar (1/2 tsp)

Place on low-medium heat until bubbling


To make meat sauce....

Brown ground meat in pan

Add tomatoes and seasonings (wine)
Slow summer until meat breaks down
