4 Defrosted chicken breasts
Lemon Marinade:
Extra virgin olive oil (1/4 cup)
Lemon juice (1/2 cup)
Oregano (1tsp)
Salt and pepper (taste)
Garlic (crushed or powered) (1/4tsp)
Whisk marinade until emulsified
Pour over chicken breasts
Optional to sit and marinade
Cook at 350 for 25-45 minutes (defrosted vs frozen)
Use leftover juice to mix with extra rice to create lemon rice (for later)
