Butter 100g
Biscuit base 300g
Cream cheese 500g
Sour cream 500g
Caster sugar 200g
1TBC corn flout
3 eggs
Flavour



Melt butter and combine with biscuit base .

Compress biscuit base mix into bottom of spring form tim

Combine other ingredients in separate bowl

Add mixture to cake tin

Bake on 160*c FF for about 12 minutes
