12 Egg yolks
2 cups of sugar ,separate
1.2 L cream
Flavour .

Mix together 12 egg yolks with 1cup of sugar till peaks form then place in fridge

Mix cream and one cup of sugar together then place in fridge,

Fold 2 mixtures together delicately

Add flavour ( vanilla paste / bean )
