Equipment:
3-qt saucepan
Candy thermometer
9x9 or 13x9 pan

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
3/4 cups margarine
2/3 cups evaporated milk
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Stir sugar, margarine, and milk together in sauce pan

Bring to full boil, stirring constantly

Boil over mid-high heat for 5 minutes, or until thermometer reaches 235F, stirring constantly

Remove from heat

Gradually stir in chocolate until melted

Add remaining ingredients, mixing until fully blended (will be very thick)

Pour into greased pan

Cool at room temperature
