1 medium chopped onion (1/2 cup)
1 pound lean ground beef
3 cups water
1 can tomato sauce
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1-2 tsp chilli powder
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups frozen veggies
1 cup uncooked dried abc noodles

Combine onion and ground beef, cook over high heat until beef is browned, drain fat. Add in water, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and seasoning. Add vegetables and pasta. Continue cooking until chilli come to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking stirring often, 20 to 39 minutes or until flavours are blended. Cal 210 protein 14g carbs 23g fat 8g sodium 770mg
I think I'll substitute with beans instead of meat
