Not really a recipe, but this is how to make a HUGE bowl of oatmeal out of 35 cals. Start with 2 TBS quick oats. Add up to a full cup of water. It will look super liquidy - that's what you want. Then microwave for at least 90 seconds, maybe a little more. The oats will soak up the liquid and make a perfect texture. Add whatever flavorings you want (I like cinnamon and maple extract or a bit of cocoa powder). Seriously, this is the best breakfast ever, it makes LOADS out of a tiny bit of oats.
