Toastless French toast

1/2 TBS greek yogurt (makes it fluffier. You could probably sub regular yogurt, I can't vouch for it though)
1 TBS milk of choice
3 TBS egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2 TBS mashed banana, applesauce, or pumpkin
**Whisk together all ingredients until they are foamy. Pour into a small baking dish and bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes (mine took 15 minutes in the toaster oven). The top should be golden brown and stay puffed up a bit when you take it out of the oven. Top with table syrup to really mimic french toast flavor!
Entire recipe, using fat free yogurt, almond milk, and pumpkin: 33 calories. Topped with 2 tsp sugar free syrup: 40 calories
