Low cal chocolate

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup 0 calorie sweetener (or to taste)
Optional add ins: chopped nuts, coconut, mint extract, etc
**Mix all ingredients in a small pot over medium-low heat until it thickens. Pour into a shallow container and freeze until solid. Eat straight out of the freezer, or it will get messy.
