1 egg white (17)
1 TBS cocoa powder (20)
Optional : you can replace 1 tsp cocoa powder with flour of choice if you want it more cakey and less fudgey. It's great both ways.
1 TBS 0 cal sweetener of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 TBS applesauce (4)
Splash of almond milk if needed to thin it out to a batter-like consistency (2)
**Mix together all ingredients in a bowl or mug. Microwave for 60-90 seconds or until set. Enjoy.
