380 g flour
30 g sugar
12 g baking powder
8 g baking soda
5 g salt
Integrate ingredients with a whisk
100 g eggs beaten thoroughly
500 g buttermilk
30 g oil
Incorporate together before adding to the dry ingredients
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, but only enough to combine them. More then that and they will be less fluffy and begin to get tough. Fry with your desired cooking utensil, flat top , griddle or fry pan. When bubbles stop escaping or tunnels are formed from bubbles then flip. Enjoy.
