1/2 lb. Fresh Asparagus
10 oz Prosciutto (Sliced)
2 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS :

-Turn oven at 375 
THE ASPARAGUS 
-Start wrapping 4-5 asparagus with the prosciutto tightening them as you roll.
-Place them onto a baking tray and pour evenly the Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
-Put them in the oven for around 7-8 minutes until asparagus are tender and the prosciutto crisped or add more time if desire for a crispier meat.
THE BALSAMIC : 
-While cooking, pour the balsamic on a small pan and simmer it with the sugar until thickened, stir regularly. Be really careful not to burn it.
TO SERVE :
-After cooked remove from the oven and serve pouring the sauce over them.
