-2 eggs
-6oz evaporated milk
-1/2 tsp hot sauce
-3/4 tsp dry mustard
-1 tsp salt
-fresh black pepper
-1 gallon salted water
-1/2 lb macaroni
-4 Tbsp butter
-10oz shredded cheddar cheese

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, hot sauce, dry mustard, salt, and pepper until fully combined, set aside. In an 8-12 qt pot, bring the salted water to a boil, add the uncooked macaroni and cook just past al dente. Drain the macaroni and while it is still hot, add the butter 1 Tbsp at a time making sure each addition is melted and fully incorporated before adding the next. Add in the egg/milk mixture and the shredded cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Serve warm
