Key Lime Pie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Preheat To: 325°F (160°C)
Freezing: not recommended
Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 can (300mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup (125mL) lime juice
2 or 3 drops green food colouring (optional)
1 9”/23cm graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).

2. Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food colouring if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
