1 3/4 cups warm water
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
5 cups flour
1 cup olive oil divided
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Rosemary

Proof yeast with water and sugar
Add kosher salt, half olive oil flour 1 cup at a time till tacky. Let rise till doubled in size. Turn out on baking dish of choice such as pizza pan. Flatten to edges and make sure to press firmly with finger tips leaving large indents in surface. Cover top with rest of olive oil, corse sea salt and rosemary. Let rise will oven pre heats to 350. Bake for 25 minutes. Raise temp to 425 and bake till golden brown and delicious. Goes well with grilled chicken and an aioli
