Carrot Julian
Mushrooms
Peanut Oil
Coconut Oil
Meat
- Cut up choice of Meat and marinade in Soya Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Smashed & Chopped Garlic. Marinade overnight and before cooking separately, add Corn Starch. Fry in Coconut oil. Set aside.
Dressing
- Mix Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Rice Vinegar, White Pepper together and Set aside.
Veggies
- Heat Wok add Peanut Oil and Smashed & Chopped Garlic. Add Carrot, Sweet Onion, Green Pepper, Mushrooms, Fried Meat, followed by Shanghai Noodles. Mix well and add Dressing.
