250 ml Rice
3 chicken breasts
125 ml frozen peas
2 cloves garlic - minced
125 ml carrots - diced
1 onion - chopped
2 eggs
2 tbs sesame oil
62,5 ml soy sauce

Bring the rice to boil with 375 ml water. Let simmer for 10-12 minutes while preparing the vegetables. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, peas and carrtos. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Crack the eggs into the pan mixing them with the vegetables. Add rice, chicken and soy sauce. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
