Eggs - 2
All purpose flour - 440 ml
Baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp
Chocolate 70% - 400 g
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
Brown sugar - 250 ml
Hot coffee - 250 ml w. two tsp of instant coffee mix
Butter - 125 g
Buttermilk - 250 ml

Pree heat the oven to 300 degrees and grease a large baking pan.

Melt the chocolate

In a large bowl mix the flour, chocolate, sugar, baking soda and salt. Melt the butter. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla and butter and beat until smooth - use a mixer. When smooth stir in hot coffee with a rubber spatula. The batter will be VERY runny.

Pour the batter in the baking pan and bake it in the oven for 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean with just a few moist crumbs attached.

Allow the cake to cool in 15 minutes before running a butterknife around the edges. Flip the cake onto a rack and let it cool completly before handling or frosting.
