250 g salmon fillet skin on ( 2 fillet )
100 g mushroom cup
A punnet of cherry tomatoes ( need only 8 pcs)
Pumpkin about 10 tiny slices

Herb & spices
2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp vegetable powder stock
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Fresh coriander leave for garnish


Step:
Place all the spice together in mixing large bowl and transfer salmon fillet on the bowl. Combine the spice all over the salmon. Set aside, and leave in the fridge for about 2 hrs untill the spice seep in.
Place ur grill pan over medium high heat and place the salmon upside down until the skin get crisp and turn to golden. Cook the way u like if u prefer medium rare or well done. I prefer medium rare. Toast as well all the vegetables on the grill pan and give some pinch of salt and pepper to give lil taste. Cooked until vegetables turn colour or golden side.
Place on your dinning plate and garnish with some fresh corriander leaves.
