Water Keifer

6 Tbsp Water Keifer grains
4 Tbsp organic sugar
1 organic fig
1/2 organic lemon, cut into quarters skin on
1 litre filtered water
Jar large enough to hold 1200mls
Mix water, keifer and sugar together. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add in fig and lemon.
Leave mixture to ferment for 2-3 days depending how warm your house is.
Strain drink water kefir.
Reuse kefir grains for next batch. Discard lemon and fig.
