Beer Can Chicken

Spice rub
2 tblsps light Brown sugar
2 tblsps paprika
1 tblsp salt
1 tblsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne
Glaze
2 tblsps light brown sugar
2 tblsps ketchup
2 tblsps white vinegar
2 tblsps beer
1 tsps hot sauce
Beer and Chicken
2 (12-ounce) cans beer
4 bay leaves crumbled
2 whole chicken 3-3.5 lbs each
4 cups wood chips
Add bay leafs to beer, place rubbed chicken on top of beer can, grill for 40- 60 minutes while basting with prepared glaze.
