Onion tart – created on the CHEF CHEF app for iOS sally (Sally)

3 tbl olive oil
2 tbl butter
100g bacon diced
450g onions thinly sliced
Sea salt and pepper
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
Puff pastry

Cook bacon and onion in oil and butter until tender and brown. Add vinegar turn up heat to reduce 2 to 3 minutes. Put pastry in pie dish add onions mix . Bake 20 min until golden. 200c oven.

Let cool 5 minutes before drizzle with olive oil and serve.
