-500g of elbows pasta
-1/2 cup of milk
-1 cup of crushed crackers
-500g of shredded mild cheddar
-pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 F
Boil water with pinch of salt, cook pasta for 6-8 minutes depending on type of pasta. Drain and mix with cheese and milk, pour into ovenproof glass or ceramic pan. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top to prevent drying out.
Bake for 45-50 mins or until is cooked thoroughly
